Pedalo Dip Bar
Training with your own body weight is very trendy. Triceps, biceps and abs can be easily strengthened with appropriate dips, push-ups, pull-ups and holding exercises. Regular training on the dip bar strengthens, coordinates and has a positive effect on balance and posture. All this is flexible on the sliding bars, where the immersion brackets can be hung at the desired height without tools.
Can the width be adjusted?
In addition to the height, the desired distance between the dip brackets is also individually set. To do this, it is enough to move the dipbar horizontally on the rung. In this way, the optimal width for the body can be set quickly and easily.
How is the dipbar attached to the shower bars?
The vertical shaft of the dip bar is placed behind the rungs and the sports recess of the dip bar is placed on a rung. This is done without any tools. Stabilization takes place under load. Sport distance must be taken into account. Note the drawing in the download.
Pillowcase
The integrated padding of 60 mm wide offers great comfort and protects the elbow joint. The upholstery is firmly integrated.
What is the extra hole in the dipbar for?
If you slide the Pedalo training stick (item no. 144140) with both dip bars, a pull-up bar is created for further exercises and grip possibilities.
