Delivery time
PhysioParts delivers on Monday to Saturday. Products that are in stock normally are shipped within the same day following the payment received. Products that are not in stock are usually delivered within five to ten working days. Should it occur that the products ordered have a longer delivery time, then we will always inform you within eight working hours.
Delivery options
To ensure that you can use your order as comfortably and as quickly as possible, we offer various delivery options. You can choose between receiving your order at your work address, your home address or at a pick-up point of your choice. You will receive a track and trace email once the product has been shipped. If you have entered a mobile phone number, we will also send you a message on the delivery day indicating a two-hour time frame.
Delivery of heavy packages
Orders that are heavier than 30 kilogrammes or longer than 175 cm will be shipped by DHL. If your order is shipped by DHL due to its weight and/or size, you will receive a track and trace email from DHL to track your order.
Special transport by appointment
For certain products we will contact you in advance to discuss transport and delivery. Our staff will inform you about this in time to ensure that transport and delivery run smoothly. Products in this special transport category are, for example: examination tables and ultrasound and shock wave systems.
Tracking orders
To track the status of your order, please check the track and trace email that you will have received once the order has been shipped.
