The Gymstick Pro Step is a step that can be adjusted in height and can be used for different kinds of exercises. Because of the use of anti-slip materials, the step won’t move around. Anti-slip materials are also used on top of the Gymstick Pro Step. This makes the Step ultimately safe to use.

Details

The Gymstick Pro Step can be adjusted in height by putting extra blocks under the legs. This makes it possible to create a height of 15, 20 or 25 cm. When the extra blocks are not used, they can be placed under the step, between the legs.

With help of the Gymstick Pro Step, different exercises can be performed. The Step is particularly suitable for cardiovascular exercise and muscle strength exercises. Because of the use of anti-slip materials on both the legs and the top of the Pro Step, it is safe to use. It won’t slide over the floor and it is safe to step on and of the device.

The Gymstick Pro Step has a size of 97 x 36 x 25 cm and weighs only 8 kg. This makes it easy to lift and carry around.
