The Airex Balance Pad Mini is only half the size of the Airex Balance Pad Elite. This makes this balance pad ideal to take on a trip. The pad is mostly used for functional training exercises. The pad is a good support during a regular training. A smaller balance pad is suitable for functional exercises with one leg or one hand.
